Hello Members and Friends!

The Danville Tennis Center will have our BIG FALL CLEAN-UP on Friday October 16th, Saturday 17th, and Sunday 18th. Now that repairs from the storm have been completed we are excited to be able to clean our inside court floors, which is long overdue. In order to do this, we need several VOLUNTEERS to come help over the course of the weekend. This is for anyone who wants to roll up their sleeves, members past and present, as well as friends. Here's what we'll be doing:
Taking down tennis nets, moving bleachers out, sweeping, running floor scrubber, rinsing and pushing water out. We also will clean out and organize the Dinty Moore building. A sign up sheet is hanging in the lobby, and additional info is available by calling DTC. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, and we will feed you.

DTC will be closed on Wednesday August 19th in order for contractors to complete structural repairs from the big storm. They will need to cut off power to the building for the bulk of the day, and most likely will not be up and running in time for the evening sessions. We do anticipate being ready first thing Thursday morning. Should you have any questions please give us a call. We look forward to gaining court #2 back and finishing out the summer successfully!

Dear DTC Members,

Our parking lot will be roped off Wednesday July 8th for the first phase of lot resurfacing. We will remain OPEN, so please park at Friendly Town next door, or along the street where parking is allowed. There may be another day or two this week for continuation of work. Hello Members and Guests,

The city of Danville will be resurfacing our parking lot on a day next week, sometime between Monday July 6th and Friday July 10th. This will take one day, and we will remain open for the duration. The city asks that we park next door at Friendly Town and walk over once the work starts. When the surface is set and swept they will come back to paint lines. We will keep you posted as we learn more......in the meanwhile we are excited for this much needed repair and look forward to seeing you on court! Thank you for your patience and support.

The Danville Tennis Center will re-open

on Monday June 15th at 8am.
We did suffer some structural damage to the wall and roof on court #2, and the city will repair as soon as possible. We ask for your patience should we have future closures due to the damage.
All in all, we fared pretty well and are grateful there were no injuries here. Many thanks to Cathie and Jeff Marble for their help getting outdoor courts playable.

A tennis or pickleball summer pass is good for June, July, and August for Unlimited Outdoor play per individual for members and guests. Max 3 hrs of play per day, as reservations allow. Inside play is regular court and guest fees.

Starting this summer, May 3, 2026 Danville Tennis Center will be closed on Sundays. We will resume our regular Sunday hours in the fall.
