Whether it's cross country, track & field, general fitness, weight loss, or comfort, we are here to serve you. Our goal is keeping you healthy and living longer through fitness. It all starts with the proper fitting footwear and great gear to combat the elements. As a locally owned and operated business, we believe in giving back to the community we live in. We support athletes, charities, schools, clubs and small businesses in the Quad Cities area.

Chocolate Latte had a VERY special day out last week thanks to our friends at Running Wild Davenport 🏃‍➡️🐾

Through their Barking Wild program, Running Wild helps us spotlight one adoptable shelter dog each month by giving them an extra-special break from shelter life that includes a day out and a run with a Running Wild employee!

This month, Chocolate Latte got his turn! ☕️

For Chocolate Latte , outings like Barking Wild are more than just a fun adventure, they’re an incredibly important break from the shelter. He has been waiting for a home since November of last year.

He has done wonderfully meeting new people and lived in a home previously with children. Latte may do well with another dog friend his size. A home without small pets, however, is his best match.

Thank you Running Wild for making a dog’s day! ☀️

They call Scott County Park the “Alps of the Midwest” for a reason! With nearly 2,500 ft of vertical gain at the ScoCo50, the course is certainly formidable, but nothing our crew couldn’t handle! 🏔️

On the men’s side, Dan Froeschle took the victory in his 50K debut with an incredible 3:15:04, currently ranking as the 11th fastest 50K in North America across all terrain this year. Devin Allbaugh completed the 1-2 sweep for RWE, taking second in 3:18:46 to land at 21st fastest in North America. Both Dan and Devin broke the previous course record, which was set by teammate Steve Froeschle.

On the women’s side, Katie Baber crushed her 50K debut, placing 3rd overall in 4:48:30. Her performance lands her as the 5th fastest all-time on this course!

A massive thank you to RWE teammates Dalton Rice, Joe Langridge, and Kelsey Allbaugh for pacing their respective athletes through the final 10 miles and helping bring all three across the line strong!

Another rambunctious, wonderful, beautiful day running the Buffalo Bill aid station at the ScoCo50! Congrats to all the runners - y’all kick so much ass and just unmatched kindness from everyone.

Sun Trail Running runs a tight ship and we’re happy to be a part of the crew when we can get it 🫡🫡🫡. Amazing people and friends.
