Introducing the S'mores Cheesecake!
This is a dish that was created by 8 years ago and has since sat dormant in his recipe book, waiting to be reconceptualized for the right moment. This recipe was initially conceived as a completely different dish but has now been reimagined as one of the most notable cheesecakes to hit the Half Nelson menu!
