I am starting with this type of workout routine to prevent any further injury to my right “bad” knee; this way I can work up my strength without doing jumps, weights or injuring my body any further. Did a thing today! Went for a short walk, first time since my right foot injury that I am able to enjoy a speed walk without inflicting added pain to my right foot.
