Sea Moss ๐
Some call โthe multivitamin of the sea,โ sea moss is a mineral-rich algae traditionally used in many coastal cultures as a nourishing food and wellness tonic. It contains naturally occurring minerals including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron, along with prebiotic compounds that can support overall vitality.
People often incorporate sea moss into their routines for support with:
โข hydration + mineral replenishment
โข thyroid health (thanks to its natural iodine content)
โข digestion + gut nourishment
โข skin, hair, and nail support
โข immune and recovery support
โข energy + overall wellness
HOW TO PREPARE AT HOME:
1. Rinse your dried sea moss thoroughly to remove excess salt or debris.
2. Place in a bowl and cover fully with filtered water.
3. Add a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon ๐
4. Let soak 8โ24 hours until softened and expanded.
5. Drain and rinse once more.
6. Blend with fresh water until smooth + gel-like. (Start with a little water and add as needed for your preferred consistency.)
7. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2โ3 weeks.

Herbs that feel like a mothers embrace ๐บ
Conversation with Ricky yesterday was all about nervines, which weโll have a series talking all about soon, and he talked about the importance of herbs that support both women, and those who need that motherly hug for their own hearts.
Herbs are here to support women in all phases of their lives to be healthy in hormones, mind, body, tissues, and through the stages of motherhood.
And when the herbs themselves can give a motherly hug, we invite that too.
