# Self-Care Sunday 🧘‍♀️

After a solid workout take some time to focus on self-care.

A few ways to practice self-care:

- Stretch and foam roll to help your muscles recover
- Drink plenty of water and refuel with a healthy snack
- Meditate for 15 minutes to calm your mind
- Read a few chapters of a good book
