12u & 14u Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30-9:00 pm.
16u & 18u Tuesday & Thursday nights from
6:30 -9:00 pm
“ALL WORKOUTS WILL BE HELD AT WESTERN HIGH SCHOOL”
