This is what happens when owner's or company maintaining fire pump do not follow guidelines per NFPA 25. Honesrly just simple common sense. When I asked bldg maintenance if fire sprinkler company ran fire pump during test they said no. Mind you they put a green tag of this fire pump. Unfortunately I have seen this too many times in Miami. We need to stop these low class fire sprinkler contractors!!
