💪 Athlete:

On this day one year ago. I put my faith in the hands of our god and took the leap of faith. Fearful for what was unknown. With a dream in my heart, the right people by my side and my hands ready to work I moved NR4G from its location. Surrounded by good people who only wished me to succeed! I was introduced to immediately I knew he was different than any other owner I have ever encountered! I knew I wanted to be a part of his team at LYFE. I went from a 6 platform facility crammed in the corner to an almost 3,000sq ft facility with a total of 15 platforms! We are now one of the largest Olympic Weightlifting specific facilities in the southern end of Florida! I have been blessed with the opportunity to coach many new athletes both crossfit and weightlifting athletes! My team is slowly growing and evolving as it gains some sure future power houses! One of the hardest decisions as a business owner has luckily turned into one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. I am grateful for where I came from, who I’ve met along the way, and who is with me now. Especially those that stuck by my side in the added distance to travel. Separating from a good situation in hopes of a better one praying the grass is greener is NOT easy! To those who call me coach 🙏🏼 I appreciate you and I’m thankful for you! I will continue to try and provide the best facility possible. I promise to try and continue my education in efforts to bring you the best coaching I can! I also thank my assistant coaches and for all your assistance when it gets busy busy, and when it’s only a few of us! This is only the first year and I couldn’t be happier! I’m so excited for what the future will bring! Thank you to my wife who supports ALL of this including my crazy schedule! Thank you to god for blessing me! 🙏🏼 I’m looking forward to hosting future educational seminars and even a “No Respect 4 Gravity” weightlifting meet in the future! Keep your eyes out for future announcements. We also welcome lifters from ANY team to stop in and train with us! Building the community of Weightlifting is a big priority for me as an owner!
