We had a blast joining the WE Run Club this week!๐Ÿƒ

Ageless Agility joined the crew for a 3.5 mile run, led the warm-up, shared some injury prevention tips, and had a blast connecting with fellow runners.

Looking for a supportive group to run with? meets every Thursday at 6:30PM at the Runner's Depot in Weston. Everyone is welcome, including walkers, come check it out!
