Bob Reese seminar

The most ambidextrous man in the sport Bob Reese "cookie monster" will be here in south Florida at Nova Gymnastics April 6th, at 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm running into our open gym which runs until 9:30 pm this is something i promise you dont want to miss he will be teaching many subjects from the importance of ambidextrous training to tutorial on things like the 360 back handspring the price for admission is $35 up until april 4th and will jump to $45 if on the 5th. OPEN GYM INCLUDED the seminar will be a 3 hour event followed by 2.5 hours of open gym with the man himself whether your a student or teacher i promise you will learn something hope to see everyone there take pictures videos maybe get some awesome gear too!
