Meet Vale ✨

She’s been part of the Pure Barre Weston and Pembroke Pines fam for about 2 years and brings the best energy every single day. When she’s not at the front desk lighting up the studio, you’ll find her in an Align class (her fave 💫) or getting in an evening workout.

Outside the studio, she loves playing tennis and spending time with friends 🎾💛

Make sure to say hi next time you see her at the front desk—you can’t miss her bright smile and amazing energy!

“Heavy tailbone” = core engaged, spine neutral, and power flowing from head to toe. It’s not just a cue, it’s the foundation of every move.

Next time you’re at the barre, think length, stability, and strength from within. You’ve got this. 💪
