Here's our story of the week! Ellen Schiller joined the JCC 5 years ago and started taking a variety of SilverSneakers classes that we offered including TRX and Silver Circuit. When we started our XZone Silver class instructor Sharon Barten encouraged her to give it a try.
After taking these classes with Sharon and Professor Fit, Ysaac-Isaac Kaplan, she feels fabulous (and she looks fabulous too)! As a grandma, she has found that she has more energy to keep up with her 5 (almost 6) grand kids! She says taking these classes has made all the difference in her ability to bend down, pick up and chase after them. She has more energy that lasts the whole day because of it.
She credits her success to her instructors Ysaac and Sharon, who help her both inside and outside of the classroom. They go the extra mile to make sure the exercises are safe for her. Way to go Ellen, you are one fit grandma!

Here's another Story for your Thursday! Deeksha "The Champ" Levinstein attends XZone classes 5-6 times a week in addition to group training with Ralph 3 times a week. Before attending the XZone, Deeksha's fitness routine included spinning and TRX®. Since attending XZone Deeksha has noticed increased stamina, strength and agility. She has gained more muscle mass, lost 3% body fat and tightened and toned her entire body. She is proud to be at her ideal weight, ideal body fat and her ideal level of stamina. No wonder why Ralph has deemed her "The Champ!"
