Kids Fitness Program ages 6-12. Centrally located in Broward County off 595 and Nob Hill Rd in Davi Training Program for kids ages 6-12.
General Physical Preparedness for kids that are looking to get better at Sport, lose weight, gain confidence, or just get or stay healthy. This is a Coach Intensive Program for all levels. We make fitness fun for the kids and they dont want to leave.
