**There's no magic technique or pill, but when you do your technique right, magic happens.

It's not a "real" martial art if you're not at least sweating by the end of class. Here at Ramtown Judo, you'll get your workout in.

There's no magic pill. There's no secret technique. Everybody starts somewhere, but we all get to the same place, because we're all going together.

Did you know?

Kesa gatame (袈裟固め) is often translated as "the scarf hold", but "kesa" (袈裟) does not refers to a regular scarf 🧣. "Kesa" refers to a monk's stole, the part of a monk's clothing that drapes diagonally across his chest, typically from one shoulder to under the other armpit.
