This World Autism Day, Behavior Resources celebrates and uplifts our clients and their families. Today is a reminder to have kindness, understanding, and acceptance of neurodiversity in our community.

We are recruiting for our teen boys after school Social Skills Group at Behavior Resources!

Group is held once weekly in our Woodland office.

To be eligible for group, your teen must have a consistent form of communication, be free of aggressive behavior, and generally tolerate being near peers in order to work on higher level social skills, like small talk and navigating conversational cues.

Check out this local opportunity! iCan Shine is an international charitable nonprofit organization that partners with local organizations to hold different programs to serve people with disabilities. This year the local Down Syndrome Information Alliance is hosting iCan Bike.

Registration is open. See the website linked for participation info and fee. They are looking for riders and volunteers!

Behavior Resources will be closed December 20, 2023 through January 2, 2024 to allow staff and patients to rest, recharge, and reconnect with their families as they welcome in the new year.

Sessions will resume Wednesday January 3, 2024. See you in the new year 🥳
