“I can’t say enough good things about HIIT Fitness + and Jen! This gym truly feels like a hidden gem.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by both the coaches and the members. Everyone is encouraging, supportive, and genuinely happy to see you show up and work hard.

One of the things that stands out to me most is the coaching. Even when a class is full, Jen and the coaches still have a way of making you feel like you’re the only person in the room. They are constantly watching, giving individual feedback, correcting form, encouraging you, and helping you push yourself. You never feel overlooked or like you’re just another person in a crowded class!

I’ve been pushed to do things I never thought I could do, and I’ve become so much stronger and more confident because of this gym. But more than the workouts, it’s the people and the environment that keep me coming back!”
