As the legal and regulatory landscape continues to develop, GDM will continue submitting ATF Form 3 transfers for suppressors shipped to licensed dealers and distributors until additional authoritative guidance is available.

Transfer requirements may vary based on the transaction, jurisdiction, and subsequent court or regulatory guidance. Customers should consult their local licensed dealer regarding the requirements applicable to their specific purchase.

GDM will continue monitoring developments closely and will provide updates as additional guidance becomes available.
