Strongtober was AWESOME!! πͺπΌ 30 Days of Hero Workouts.. and I'm feeling it.
Strength cycle starts Monday and will run for 6 weeks. FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR IN THE GYM π
Started the week with some bench press, back squats, shoulder press, and deadlifts.. feeling pretty good on this Tuesday.. πͺπΌ
This weekend has us hurtin', but sore muscles = we're getting stronger πͺπΌπͺπΌ
