Hazy Shade Disc Golf And More

Two sweet Innova Discs releases are landing July 17 at noon.. Okay... they are here... but they release on the 17th.

I had an absolute blast at the opening of the all-new disc golf course at Tawawa Park on Saturday.

A few important takeaways from the day:

First — WOW. The amount of work that has gone in, even just over the last couple weeks, is awesome to see. If you went out early and struggled with navigation or got chewed up by the thick rough, this crew has done a fantastic job addressing those issues. It is definitely worth heading back out for another look.

Sure, there are some long walks, but it is such a beautiful park that I honestly didn’t mind it at all.

Great job to Camron and his crew.

All Am payout has been sent, and I’ll get Pro payout sent tonight. No ace was hit, so half of the Ace Fund and all Mulligan money will be donated to Camron’s team to keep improving the course. The other half of the Ace Fund will be awarded by random drawing tomorrow.

Huge thanks to the guys running carts yesterday. That was an awesome perk and some quality service for sure.

And finally, a little warning from Ned: the creek on 16, I think, might be deep and mucky in the middle. Consider yourself warned.
