⚾️💜 HAPPY COACHES DAY!💜⚾️

Today we celebrate two coaches who give so much to our DTX Elite 12U boys — Coach Jake & Coach Aaron!

Thank you both for the time, patience, encouragement, and countless hours you pour into these boys. You’re not just teaching them how to play baseball — you’re teaching them about discipline, teamwork, hard work, confidence, and what it means to never give up.

The wins and losses will come and go, but the impact you’re making on these boys will last a lifetime. We are so thankful for the way you lead, push, encourage, and believe in every single one of them.

Thank you for being the coaches our boys need and the role models they look up to.

Happy Coaches Day,
DTX is blessed to have you!

Last night wasn’t easy—and that was the point. 💪⚾️

DTX Elite hit the field with Coach Wil Estrella, who pushed the boys past their comfort zone and reminded them of a lesson that goes far beyond baseball:

Nobody cares if you’re tired.
The only one watching is the one waiting for your spot.

So what do you do?

Work harder.
Stay disciplined.
Earn your spot every single day.

There are no shortcuts. There are no excuses. When everyone else slows down, DTX Elite keeps working.

Thank you, Coach Wil, for challenging these boys and demanding more from them. The work they put in today is building the players—and young men—they’ll become tomorrow.

DTX boys spent the evening at Railyard Facility getting after it with Coach Brett Stilwell and Tyler Davis! 🔥

Tonight was about more than just reps. They also worked on the mental game and following routines.

The goal is to build players who are prepared, confident, disciplined, and willing to put in the work when nobody is watching.

A huge THANK YOU to Coach Bret & Tyler for investing their time and knowledge into our boys! We appreciate everything you’re teaching them both on and off the field. 🙌

Lets Go DTX 💪

🔥⚾ DTX PLAYER OF THE WEEK!⚾🔥

Help us give a HUGE shoutout to CASHTON WEBB! 💜🖤

Cash is a PHENOMENAL catcher, a BOMB HITTER , and the kind of player who brings 150% EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 💪🔥

Behind the plate, he’s a wall. At the plate, he’s dangerous. And on the field, he’s always giving everything he’s got for his team! 💥

We’re proud of the hard work, heart, and hustle you bring to the team! Keep grinding and keep making plays! 💯
