This is the adult rowing program of the Dayton Boat Club, a competitive rowing club in Dayton, Ohio. DBC is part of Dayton Regional Rowing, the nation's only Community Olympic Development Program in the sport.

Teammate Spotlight: Rachel Cubbage
Alma Mater: UNC Wilmington, University of Dayton
Years at DBC: 6
Career Highlights: Rowed with a composite team at the 2024 Masters National Championships, bringing home gold (as well as silver and bronze) and competed in the Head of the Charles.
As an athlete, she is strong, consistent, and calm under pressure. Rachel also serves as the team’s dedicated and trusted equipment manager.
