Meet Tai – GOD’s First International Player 🇻🇳⚽

Tai is one of the best players we’ve ever had and proudly the first international player of GOD, all the way from Vietnam.

Even as a tourist in the USA, his love for soccer was unmatched. He would ride his friend’s bicycle one hour to the field and one hour back every week—just to play the beautiful game. Seeing his dedication, our players soon started picking him up and dropping him off, because his passion inspired us all.

This Tuesday will be his last game in the USA, and we will truly, truly miss him.
Tai, GOD loves you, we will always remember you, and we wish you the very best of luck for your future. 🙌💙

Youth Soccer Coach Wanted – Join Our Mission! ⚽

Guys of Dayton Sports Club is a new nonprofit bringing affordable youth soccer to our local families — and we need your help to launch our Under-8 kids program!

We’ve locked in a field at Epiphany Lutheran Church (West Social Row Rd) for Thursday evenings (5 PM onward) and are now looking for a coach or two to help guide our little players.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with kids

• Wants to make a difference in the community

• Can give a bit of time each week

Our goal is to keep practices $5 or less — or free for families who need it.

This is about more than soccer. It’s about building community, confidence, and character.
