Okay maybe there is a little bit of both of these feels in my classes (which is why captured these moments so well) 📸 🧡
But I want you to know that coming to classes with me is really fun. You will be welcomed and the students who are moving with you will welcome you just as warmly!

I have missed teaching Roll Model Method since I stopped teaching my online classes regularly, SO! I am going to do a FULL BODY release class on August 10th !
