Remember eating that cookie(s) that left you feeling guilty for days so that you had to restrict yourself from all the sweets for two weeks to “make up” for that cookie(s)?
This cookie does not have anything to do with your
Lack of willpower
Lack of motivation
Lack of discipline
It has nothing to do with your self-worth either!

A cookie is just a symptom of a pattern that keeps repeating. This pattern(s) pulls you away from the results you are striving for.
Learning to consciously connect with your emotions, thoughts that paint the stories that our brain likes to create judgments around is one of the essential steps in my coaching. I believe that this step is pivotal for sustainable weight loss and a more enjoyable relationship with food.

I was confused for many years too?
It is simple:
FACT: Food is food! It consists of macros: protein, carbs and fat = calories! It’s neither good nor bad!!!

What we make food mean to us is our own interpretation and judgement based on what we hear, know and experience!

Have you been listening to yourself around food?
- I should not eat that
- I should stop eating after 7
- I should weigh myself daily
- I should work on my willpower
Add in the end of each statement - just like I did on my diet plan 6 months ago!
Yes, you are stuck in a restrictive mindset, which is a side effect of trying multiple diets! 😀😀
I feel you!
The scary part is that you think that in order to maintain your lost weight, you have to constantly think about how, what, how much, when in relationship to food?
No wonder you are exhausted and binge all the time searching for more willpower!
You are not crazy!
You are normal under these conditions! 😆
