let me tell you a story i bout these pants about 7-8 months ago and haven’t been able to fit them since and today i decided to try them on and they finally fit! and not snug they fit perfectly! 💪

so here i have a salmon and asparagus dish. pictures are the three seasonings i use.
lightly oil (veggie oil) the fish and asparagus then add the salt, pepper, and blackening to both things. bake them in a 350° oven for about 10-15 mins depending on your oven and fish thickness. i like a nice crunch on my fish so after it’s done i’ll cook it under the broiler for a good minute then they’ll all day. and you have a nice healthy dish! hope you all enjoy and if you try it out let me know how you like it!
