For 12 years, our organization has been dedicated to helping aspiring players secure contracts with pro teams. We’ve successfully signed over 1000 players, with an average of 25-35 players landing pro baseball contracts from each event.
What makes our event unique? Our exceptional pro coaching staff, with deep MLB experience, has been with us from day one. They’ve played in the MLB, coached in the MLB, and achieved significant success in baseball. As current independent MLB partner league managers, they know how to build winning rosters.
Our Pro Contract Games offer players a chance to directly connect with these experienced managers.
Rather than relying solely on stats, our coaches want to see players in action, witness their talent firsthand, and uncover those intangibles that stats can’t capture.

Whether your stats are impressive or not, our event provides a platform to showcase your skills in person.
This face-to-face interaction lets MLB PARTNER LEAGUE MANAGERS see your unique qualities beyond the numbers.

Hector Guance 6’8 RHP 🎥

We are glad to announce we were able to help sign to Atlantic League Staten Island Ferry Hawks

Hector was the Ferry Hawks number one draft pic in this years open Atlantic League tryouts. Signing Hector was not an easy task but with our help persistence and contract guidance, Hector was able to sign and make his debut on 6/15/22 allowing one run through 5inn.

Hector Guance was signed with the Orioles in 2014 when he was 19yrs old out of DR then released in 2020. At the time of his release Hector only had two pitches and was still developing. Since then Hector has added more pitches to his arsenal making him more effective with his 97MPH velo + and his Towering 6’8 frame as a starting pitcher. It’s only a matter of time with quality starts before Hector is added back to a Major league organization. We are currently promoting Hector’s 🎥 to all of our connections.
