Listen….

To me motivation is just a feeling that comes and goes. Honestly, it can also be an excuse to continue to stay stagnant

I’m not perfect and there are a lot of moments where I don’t feel motivated at all and that’s ok.

I have built a system for myself that doesn’t need motivation.

The people that show up everyday even on the days they don’t feel like it are the ones that get the results.

They have built a system so solid that they don’t rely on how they feel.

These are the ones I model my systems after.

To reach success you must mimic success.

A system doesn’t require you to be perfect. It just requires you to be consistent.

Your muscles do not grow in the gym. They grow when you rest. Training breaks them down. Sleep, recovery, and nutrition build them back up stronger.

Working out 7 days a week with no rest leads to higher cortisol, more fatigue, more injuries, and worse results.

My clients train 3 to 4 days a week. That is it. And they are getting better results than people who live in the gym.

The difference is not how many days you train. It is HOW you train and what you do on your off days.

Why do I do this?

5 AM wake-ups. Meal prep on Sundays. Training 4 days a week. Competing at the national level. Coaching clients. Working at Allstate. Modeling. Content creation.

People ask me all the time: “How do you do it all?”

The real question is: Why do I do it?

Because I know what it feels like to want more. To look in the mirror and not recognize the person staring back. To feel stuck. To feel invisible.

I compete because it proves to me that discipline beats everything. That you can build the body you want if you’re willing to do the work no one else will do.

I coach because I’ve been where my clients are. I know the struggle. I know the doubt. And I know the system that works.

I wake up at 5 AM because that’s when champions are made. While everyone else is sleeping, I’m building.

17 weeks out from NPC Junior Nationals. Prep mode. But I’m not just chasing my dream - I’m helping you chase yours.

This is what happens when you don’t quit after second place. You come back stronger. You learn. You adjust. You win.

Now I’m 17 weeks out from competing

Win or lose it has been a journey. There were many times when I wanted to quit when I first started competing, especially in when I continued to lose over and over.

I decided to change my habits and how I show up at my job, for my clients and for my team.

Results come when you make those tough decisions. I was able to qualify around working 40 hours a week, working to be a model, doing content with my team and online coaching.

There is no excuse for “being busy” or “being a parent”
