The cricket fraternity of Florida has lost one of its very own member today. We are deeply saddened by the news of passing away of Mr. George Mohamed. May his soul Rest In Peace. He was an amazing competitor and always played the game with utmost passion and respect. He will be missed and today our thoughts are with his family and all the members of the Silver Springs Cricket Club that he led so passionately over the years.

A great start to the Premiership!

Playing the first game of the FCC Rudy Lacman T20 season vs a strong Islanders Cricket Club;

VC3 came off victorious with 1 wicket and 2 deliveries to spare. Batting first the Islanders posted a daunting 176 in their 20 overs.
Wickets were shared by Manish (3), Dev (2), TJ (1), Nikunj (1), and Abhi (1).

Chasing the target VC3 started off with a 106 run partnership between Dennis and Abhi.
A collapse in the middle order left VC3 needing 28 off 18 balls. VC3 crossed the finish line with Avi (18) and Hidayet scoring the final runs with 2 balls to spare.

VC3 Tigers received our 🏆 for winning 30 over league today at the FCC ceremony.

VC3 Tigers won the 30 overs league today beating Orlando Lions Cricket Club by 7 wickets with 14 overs left in the game.

VC3 Tigers juggernaut keeps rolling on with our 3rd consecutive win against Orange County Cricket Club Today.

OCCC won the toss and decided to bat first and were all out for 110.

We again had VC3 skipper Dennis’ superb bowling today grabbing 4 wickets.

VC3 chased the score in 21 overs at the loss of 3 wickets with a spectacular performance by opener Abhi Rissam scoring 62*.

Excellent team effort from all our members. Thank you for a wonderful year of commitment, membership, and game fees 😬

No league game for rest of the year and we will be back for a game on January 7, 2018.
