Presenting Saturday, April 18 from 1:00-3:30 pm 🕉️
Radiant Heart: A Ta***ic Journey of Embodied Yoga, Joy, and Spiritual Connection
There’s a kind of magic that happens when you slow down enough to feel the pulse of your own aliveness. This workshop is about following that pulse—through movement, through breath, through the senses—into the territory of the heart. It’s a vibrant energy that can’t be mapped out or managed. Here, you are free to experience connection as art: playful, imperfect, surprising, and entirely your own.
Rooted in the spirit of Ta**ra, this experience isn’t about striving or performing. It’s about curiosity—letting wonder return, igniting a passion for being profoundly present, right here and now.
We’ll move through a tapestry of practices:
**playful exercises,
**devotional rituals honoring Shiva (Consciousness) and Shakti (Divine Energy),
**sensory explorations that enliven the senses,
**dynamic embodied movement, and
**Yoga Nidra.
Expect moments of group connection as well as opportunities for deep, personal reflection. All practices are offered as invitations—nothing is required, and your experience is yours to shape.
Be ready to move, to rest, and to discover something unexpected within yourself as you dance with Devi—the supreme cosmic goddess—and invite a deeper union with your own divinity. In this space, playfulness is encouraged, sensuality is honored, and every part of your experience is welcome just as it is. The invitation is simple: bring your whole self—shyness, boldness, questions, longing—and see what opens up when you do.
This isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about noticing what’s always been there—the spark of wildness in your soul, the intelligence of your breath, and the quiet wisdom of your heart.
Come as you are. We’ll begin and end in ceremony, weaving a sacred container for all that unfolds in between.

Ta**ra is all about seeing the sacred in the ordinary. So, while formal altars are common, the ultimate “altar” is your own body and awareness. The external altar is there to help you internalize the process, until eventually, your entire life can be experienced as sacred space.
Come join me () at March 28 1-3:30 and April 4 1-3:30 where I’ll be presenting and facilitating the first Radiant Heart Ta***ic Workshop from

✨There’s a message waiting for us to hear, to see, to feel, and to live… don’t turn away or you’ll miss it. Yes, there is suffering… what meaning will you give it? Will you turn lead into gold? One day, a chalice might be waiting for you in the sand, or a rose, or perhaps you’ll find a person sleeping rough in a condemned area, or a father with his child, the birds of the air, or a sunrise… maybe you’ll find yourself with the weight of the world on your shoulders, trudging along the shoreline letting the load fall from your body with each step and breath you take… because you hear the message and listen to the sound of hope. You’ll gather it in your heart and hold it there.✨

✨Breathing out love and peace this morning and saying a prayer to the ancestors in gratitude for their sacrifice, suffering, and wisdom. For the medicine of family… for the legacy and lessons provided and promised… we dig deep in our roots.✨
🌳 I honor the pain of growth. 🌳
✨I breathe in pain and suffering and breathe out love and peace. We can transmute and transform in this way: The world holds enough pain so breathe it in and let the power of your heart’s energy alchemize suffering and breathe out love to the universe.✨
💗This is a powerful practice, not to bypass pain but to transform it. Feel it. Watch it move. Witness the heart’s strength and capacity to change.💗
🌙I am grateful for the grandmothers and grandfathers, for the parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, children, and all the ancestors, teachers, communities, and peoples of the world. I am grateful for their medicine, especially the bitter medicine because it makes the honey so sweet…🌙

A burning pot like this is a powerful tool for ritual and transformation. The pot becomes a vessel for cleansing, protection, and releasing stagnant energy in order to call in something new. As herbs and salt are combined and burned, intentions are woven into the process—each element chosen with care, each step performed with purpose.
Black salt has a long history in spiritual practices, often used to absorb negativity and set clear boundaries. The act of making it in a burning pot turns simple ingredients into something sacred, a tangible reminder that manifesting change is about both intention and action.
For anyone seeking to invite new energy or let go of the past, rituals like this offer a meaningful way to connect with what matters most.
Manifesting, for me, is about taking small, sacred actions that align my space and spirit with what I truly want. Every time I use this pot, I’m reminded that change starts with a single spark.
What are your favorite ways to bring intention and meaning into your rituals? Any recipes or techniques to recommend? 🌑✨
