The road to something extraordinary begins here 📍 in Northwest Florida.
Emerald Coast Motor Club is a proposed 755-acre motorsports country club designed to bring automotive enthusiasts, families, entrepreneurs, and the surrounding community together in a way never before seen on the Emerald Coast.
Located off Forrest Oak Road in DeFuniak Springs, the destination will offer an “off the beach” setting west of Highway 331, approximately three miles south of I-10 and just 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of South Walton.
The site is uniquely positioned, with Eglin Air Force Base property bordering its southwestern boundary and industrial areas neighboring much of the northern side.
But our vision extends far beyond motorsports.
We are creating a destination where passion, innovation, recreation, and economic opportunity come together. Through driving experiences, family events, hospitality, tourism, and future job creation, ECMC aims to become a catalyst for growth throughout the region.
At its core, Emerald Coast Motor Club is about connection: a place where generations of enthusiasts can gather, families can create lasting memories, businesses can build meaningful relationships, and the local economy can thrive.

EXCITING UPDATE 🚨
We are excited to share that we have officially submitted our CPUD (Conceptual Planned Unit Development) application to Walton County!
Since receiving Conditional Land Use approval in October 2024, our team has been steadily building momentum to move Emerald Coast Motor Club toward its next phase.
This marks an important milestone for the project.
Through the remainder of the year, the CPUD process includes a series of committee reviews and meetings (Technical Review Committee, Planning Commission, Walton County Board of County Commissioners) that help finalize the overall master plan and design framework.
Following CPUD approval, our goal is to advance into the Development Order phase, which ultimately authorizes development to begin.
We value your continued support and will share the upcoming public hearing schedule and additional details as they become available.
Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook and continue sharing our page and updates with your friends, family, colleagues and anyone who is for the Emerald Coast. You can also subscribe to our email list at emeraldcoastmotorclub.com.

Here’s a quick look at how access works at Emerald Coast Motor Club. 👇🏼
Road course access will be available for Members and their guests. The broader community can also participate by joining organizations (like Chin Track Days or Just Track It) to drive their own sports car 🏎️ on the course in a fun, safe, controlled environment with training. 🏁 Membership in these partnering organizations starts as low as $50 a year, and provides access to other partnering tracks all over the U.S.
The community will also be welcome to visit and enjoy the public restaurant, with the ability to watch activity from the paddock. 🙌🏼 While crowd size will be managed, ECMC plans to offer designated public viewing areas at no charge.
