Ralph Nazaire didn’t just start a fitness business; he built a mission around service and empowerment.

As the founder and CEO of 2 EZ, Ralph’s philosophy is simple: meet people where they are and walk with them every step of the way. From the smallest habit to the biggest transformation, progress starts with one thing: moving forward.

His biggest mindset shifts?
✅ Don’t fear failure. Every loss is a lesson.
✅ Be okay with being the “dumbest person in the room.” That’s how you grow.

Ralph’s journey began with humility, serving his first clients for free and building trust that turned into lasting relationships. Today, his approach has evolved through technology, adaptive techniques, and NASM certifications that help him work with clients of all abilities.

His advice for aspiring trainers:

I’m so blessed to be able to witness all of our hard work cultivate into this moment. I’m thankful for all the times we’ve sacrificed fun for blood sweat and tears. All the early mornings. All the extra hours. We’ve been at this for years. From when the O’s started to now,
PFL Welterweight Tournament Champion.
Now we’re only climbing!
The verse that’s been on the wall the entire time comes from Proverbs 21:31
And it reads..
“The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord.”
