Today's Intro to Ice Dance class rocked it!💖

A huge congratulations to Delaney Hale and Zach Makled who represented Dearborn Figure Skating Club at the Lake Placid Ice Dance Championships in Lake Placid, NY Aug 27-30 in the famous Herb Brooks Arena on the 1980 Olympic ice. Delaney competed in the Junior Division of the Solo Ice Dance Combined event and placed 9th overall in a very competitive field of 24. Zach competed in the Juvenile division and placed 5th overall in a field of 16. This event draws some of the top competition in the country and is part of the National Solo Dance Qualifying Series. Both also achieved season best scores! Way to go, Zach and Delaney!
