Frank Vincent Memorial Bowling Tournament

I'm not going to pretend that I can steal Johnny's thunder with an awesome writeup or try to take credit for the awesome images that Chad will be posting, but now that the weekend is over and we're (mostly) all back to our respective homes, I want to officially congratulate the weekend's winners!

Amanda Warwick and Mollie Malone completed their three-peat of Women's Doubles (in three different centers!) on Friday night in true team fashion with each of them shooting a 245 in the championship match!

On Saturday at the Open, Phillip Watson and his last-minute partner Darin Bloomquist won a nailbiter of a finals match to take home the title.

Watson did not use ALL of his strikes on Saturday, as he and partner Melanie McDaniel made it to the quarterfinals before losing to the eventual winners - Peoria natives Andre Campos and Jade Frost.

Campos/Frost qualified fourth and absolutely obliterated the field in match play, shooting 477, 471, and 495!

PURPLE RAIN IS POURING ALL WEEKEND!

This might be a problem... We asked Victory for a drink special and they brought it! This vodka drink that tastes just like juice and costs just $4.00 all tournament weekend!

**LANE ASSIGNMENTS**
Head to http://thebowlerseye.com and click on one of the events to view your full lane assignments and skip patterns! You can search by your name or sort by lane number for each game to see who you'll be crossing with!

After listening to your feedback in previous seasons, I have tediously ensured that no bowler will hit the same pairs repeatedly between Saturday and Sunday - if you move left one day you'll move right the next! Additionally, all teams will hit lanes 3-8 exactly once so that there is no imbalance between the "two houses" at Victory.

I've had a few people ask, so here are examples of each event's check-in sheet that includes all available action. I have attempted to simplify and streamline the check-in process to make sure we get started on time - please do not wait until 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to get in line!

Please note that for handicap bracket bundles on Saturday, the FULL SWEEP PACKAGE will automatically select the 209-and-below brackets if you qualify for them!

On Sunday, all sidepots and brackets will be split between men and women!

These sheets will be on your starting lane when you arrive to the bowling alley. ALL BOWLERS are required to fill this out and turn it into the desk, even if you are not entering any sidepots or brackets. I will be posting starting lanes for all three events later this evening!

Edit...I will limit raffle entries to 24 spots if we get enough interest. Give us a like if you would want some spots!
