Find your people and support one another. Remind each other of the good things in life, of how much you value one another, of how much good you have brought into and will continue to bring into this world. ☮️ Find reasons to celebrate and laugh and feel joy. That is a demonstration of your resilience and resistance - plus it just feels good. Do not let others or outside circumstances steal your deep inner peace and ability to feel and express joy.
Healing, radical change, revolutionary movements for justice, and building resilient, loving communities all start with individuals showing compassion and care for one another.
