Great night with the crew as we poured into the youth of our ile. Our little Ogun brother is starting to pick up more in class. I can't tell if time is making his attention hold better or if capoeira just holds the attention. Either way ✊🏾 see you next OSE OGUN (Every 4 days from today). All ages, levels, and affiliations are always welcome 🙏🏾

Com muita alegria convidamos vocês para o X Chamada de Mulher, uma realização do Instituto Nzinga de Capoeira Angola, e que acontecerá entre os dias 26 e 28 de março de 2021, de forma virtual.
Nesta edição comemorativa, convidamos capoeiristas, pesquisadoras/es, artistas, parceiras/os e amigas/os, do Brasil e exterior, para celebrarmos essa trajetória e, mais ainda, para seguirmos construindo estratégias de enfrentamento aos desafios dos nossos tempos, na defesa de uma capoeira que enfrente todas as formas de opressão.
Serão atividades de capoeira com várias mestras convidadas, conversatórios, lançamento do livro "MULHERES QUE GINGAM: Reflexões sobre as relações de gênero na capoeira", fechando com a realização do Prêmio Nzinga 2021: "MULHERES DA CAPOEIRA".
