There’s a RIGHT way and a WRONG way to lose weight. (In my humble bald head opinion)

The wrong way is obsessing over the scale, doing nothing but cardio, and sacrificing muscle just to make the number drop.

The right way is controlling your diet, killing the weight room, and losing at a steady pace while preserving your muscle and performance.

Dee is a perfect example:
192.2 ➡️ 170.1 lbs = 22.1 lbs DOWN
Fat mass: 84.9 ➡️ 67.0 lbs = 17.9 lbs DOWN
Body fat: 44.2% ➡️ 39.4%
Muscle percentage: 43.9% ➡️ 42.6% — only a 1.3 percentage-point drop

Don’t just chase weight loss. The goal is to drop the fat while fighting to preserve the muscle. 💪🏾🔥
