The APA Equalizer handicap system makes it a fun and fair playing field for any skill level. The Central IL APA provides the fairest, most enjoyable pool league in the nation! The league, operated by Kim Jones for over 35 yrs, includes the counties of Champaign, Coles, Macon, Piatt, Moultrie, Menard, Sangamon, Douglas, Ford, Shelby & Montgomery.
