Holy commitment, Batman! David has been a SUCF member for 7️⃣ Y E A R S!

You’re what we’d call an OG. An original gangster. A guy that doesn’t know the word quit.

You’ve seen a lot of WODs, sweat, and burpees in 7 years. Not to mention the personal goals you’ve crushed along the way! We look at you and think “we wanna be like that guy in 7 years!” 🤩

🤠 3rd Annual Ranch Run is in the books! 🌾🐑

We managed some live animals, climbed hay bales, attempted to rope, took aim at some targets, and a few of us may have gotten a little lost on the trail. 😂 But either way, we had an absolute BLAST doing it!

🏆 Each 1st place team in every division got to take home a coveted Ranch Run Trophy Spur, and several teams earned some official BRAGGING RIGHTS for being the fastest at different team events along the course!

There’s just something special about getting outside, getting a little dirty, working hard, laughing a LOT, and doing it all together. 🫶🏻

Thank you to everyone who came out and made our 3rd Annual Ranch Run one to remember!

⏱️ Teams will follow with rolling start times according to the heat schedule sent out via email. If you didn’t get it…show up at 7:15am and we will tell you what to do. 😎

🤠🔥 RANCH RUN 2026 IS TOMORROW! 🔥🤠

The coaches took the course for a little test drive so YOU know what you’re getting into. 👀😂 Watch the full video for demos and info on all the obstacles!

🌾 Race Day Details:
⏰ Whiteboard Briefing: 7:15 AM — course map + obstacle rundown
🏁 First Heat: 7:30 AM
🤠 Heat times have been sent out
💨 Teams will waterfall out approximately every 5 minutes

📧 CHECK YOUR EMAIL! Full obstacle standards, expectations, and instructions have been sent. Please read through everything before you arrive!

Tomorrow it’s time to pen some cows, climb some hay, flip some tires, get a little dirty, and see if your team can survive 2.5 miles of ranch chaos. 😂

🚨 LABOR DAY REMINDER 🚨

There will be NO scheduled classes Monday, September 7th because we’ll be taking fitness out of the gym and onto the ranch for our 3rd Annual RANCH RUN! 🤠🐄🌾

And trust us… you don’t want to miss this one. 👀

We’ve got ranch obstacles, a little friendly competition, some FUN prizes, plenty of laughs, and memories you’ll be talking about long after the dirt washes off. 😂

This event is fun and maybe a little silly, but it helps us support something near and dear to our heart. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Nathan Gage Ingram Scholarship Fund. So a big thank you to the teams that registered and are running this special race. ❤️

⚠️ Registration is required to participate!

Another year older, wiser, and somehow still making questionable decisions. And the occasional back pain is proof that experience comes with consequences. 😂

You always bring a smile and a good attitude when you walk through the door. And we’re so happy you’re a SUCF member!
