Great class tonight, Monday night 630pm 20 plus people and I got to share my practice tonight with Sherry King tough and rewarding as always 90 minute Bikram Yoga, tonight I felt strong some nights. I don’t feel as strong no matter what I’m always glad I did it because ultimately I feel better after our class.

funny sometimes people take a break from the Yoga for a few months or even a couple years and then they come back 100% of the time “I can’t believe I stopped doing this.

I love it welcome back to a regular practice and to our humble little studio!

Great to see our friend from Russia again Moritz Neuss Morittz comes over here once a quarter or so for his podcast, which I was a guest on last year ! More on that later.
