💰 Vouchers

Enhancements to the verifying students and assigning vouchers this year!!

NEW: Parents can “pre-register” for vouchers now through March 21, 2025, visit www.dps61.org/summervouchers

Day of the sign-up event, there will be two (2) areas for voucher pick up:
Area 1 for parents picking up vouchers (pre-registered and verified in advance).

Area 2 for parents who did not pre-register will be verified that day (wait in line).

After the event: Parents who want vouchers will need to go to the Keil building during normal business hours. ABSOLUTE LAST DAY to pick up vouchers after the Summer Sign-Up event is April 17, 2025.


🏦 Voucher Reminders

$350 per active DPS student (August 2024-May 2025) excludes Robertson Charter.
Vouchers will be assigned by student ID numbers and cannot be used for another student.
Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
Vouchers do not have cash value.
Redeemable for summer programs June 2 – August 1, 2025

The Decatur Club will resume regular after-school hours and pick-ups from select schools.

For the safety of all members and staff, BGCD Decatur Club Location @ 859 N. Jasper will be closed; Monday March 23 - 27, 2026 due to maintenance/facility repairs. We will resume on Monday March 30, 2026.

Due to inclement weather, we have cancelled all After-School programming at the Decatur Club & Robertson Charter School. Teen Night will also be cancelled, for Friday, January 23,2026.
