I think we can all feel Fall 🍁🍂 is coming on!

Summer is almost over and it’s time to get back in routine!

A good time to get serious in the gym is during winter since you’re stuck indoors anyways.

Maybe this year, instead of joining a gym that may be over crowded, come join our more personalized gym. With 24 hours available, it leaves more space available because everyone is on different schedules.

We also still have childcare option available to help tend to your littles so you can get your time in, or a room where you’re older children can hang out, if you’re comfortable leaving them in the room by themselves. The room is very close to the workout room!

To help you get a jump start on some goals you may have for the gym we’re gonna start September off with some good deals🔥🔥

🔥🙌🏼 We’ve upgraded 🙌🏼🔥

Starting this business on my own I’ve had to take baby steps; do what I can to get going

So we started off with smaller, pretty in pink💕, treadmills

BUT I have been working on getting something better for you ladies💃🏼

And I’m extremely excited to finally say…

A pretty nice sized baby step if I say so myself. She’s heavy duty and has an incline option👏🏼👏🏼

So, I’ve been discussing with a friend about putting up a pickle ball court like area in the parking lot of the gym so we can have some fun matches and maybe even tournaments.
