We offer : 24/7 gym access, Personal Training, Fitmetrix 360 scan & a plethora of gym classes!!
Gym classes :
Monday - Friday : Hiit , small group, Amrap, etc 6am
Monday , Wed, Friday : stretch & mobility 6:30am
Monday-Thurs: Hiit,small group,Amrap,etc 4:45pm
Veterans, Military, First Responders, Teachers and County Workers make sure to ask about getting your discounted rate. We also have Family plans! As always first gym class is on us!

Goooood evening Gym family and friends! We wanted to let everyone know that this Saturday July 25th we will be closing down the gym from 10am until 6pm while we deep clean.
All Members will have normal access up until 10am and class will take place as normal at 8am.
