The most valuable thing I’ve learned in my nearly 45 years of coaching is that nobody knows everything. The best coaches, teachers and leaders put their egos aside and admit they were wrong when new information comes to light. When I get better as a coach, I’m better able to help my athletes get better. I can’t wait to see what I learn from my friend ’s new book, “How Leaders Learn.” Thank you, David, for sharing your wisdom with all of us!
