⭐️Aerial/Suspension Yoga is now at If I Was A Bird Yoga- Liberty Station, Point Loma and we're swinging for joy!!

Intro to Aerial + Mat Yoga combo - Kids 4-7yrs
Youth Aerial Susupension Yoga - Youth 7-9 yrs
Pre Teen Aerial Suspension Yoga - Pr***en 8-13yrs

⭐️Also Spring Break Camps are coming up at both studios!

Tuition: $170 must sign up for all 3 days

Mon 4/4 - Fri 4/8

Mat Yoga & Art (no aerial) (3.5-5yrs) 9am-12pm
Intro to Aerial + Mat Yoga & Art (6-8yrs) 9am-12pm
(coinciding separate camps great for siblings!)
Pr***en Aerial Suspension Yoga & Art (8-13) 1-4pm

Tuition: $60 per camp, can sign up for 1 or more

Del Mar:

(In Studio) Mondays 10:15a.m.-12:15p.m. 3-5yrs

(In Studio) Tuesdays 12:30p.m.-2:30p.m. 4-6yrs

(In Studio) Thursdays 9a.m.-11a.m. 3-6yrs

Our 2hr programs consist of longer art projects, 1hr yoga & mindfulness & snack time (provided by parent). Bring snack, water bottle and yoga mat to class each week.

Do you want to learn how to teach Yoga & Mindfulness to Kids? Join our next In Person and Hybrid (option to learn virtually) Kids Yoga Teacher Training for Tots- Teens. Sat 11/6, Sun 11/7 & Sat 11/13 9am-4pm.

This training is located at our Del Mar Kids studio. Our October training is closed.
