BACK EXERCISES!
The #1 exercise done wrong!
I see ppl do back exercises wrong more then any other exercise.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. Keep head in neutral position
2. Contract back muscles BEFORE pulling the weight.
3. Squeeze the contraction at the top of your movement to get max effect and reduce momentum lifting.
