Speed is more than claiming to be a “speed trainer”. It’s more than putting an athlete on a track, telling them to run fast, and calling it speed development.

And it’s certainly more than simply knowing the biomechanics of sprinting.

True speed development requires understanding why an athlete moves the way they do, what is limiting their speed, and how to systematically develop the qualities that allow them to move faster. 🔎

It’s understanding mechanics.
It’s understanding force production.
It’s understanding stiffness, elasticity, coordination, rhythm, timing, and positioning.
It’s knowing how strength, power, mobility, and movement qualities transfer into actual sprint performance.

🚨But most importantly, it’s knowing how to coach it. Because knowing what fast movement should look like and knowing how to actually develop it are two very different things.

You have to know when to push an athlete, when to pull back, what to change, what not to change, and how to individualize the process. Speed isn't just running fast.

1. Can I mix and match classes with my package?
Yes! Eligible members can mix and match Athletic Development, Speed & Agility, and other approved sessions based on their package.

2. How are sessions redeemed?
Each eligible class attended counts as one session redeemed from your package. Your remaining sessions will decrease as you train.

3. What happens if I don’t use all my sessions?
Sessions are valid only during the package’s stated validity period. Unused sessions expire when the package expires unless otherwise approved by Code Blue Sports Performance.
