You should see the resounding "YES!" from the audience when I ask if people feel pulled in 1,000 different directions.
It shouldn't surprise me as I work with closely with individuals as a therapist and coach, yet it's a clear sign that people are exhausted.
In my signature talk, I work with the audience to heal the root cause of stress causing exhaustion because it impacts their ability to show up effectively at work and home.
