Robbie found yoga in 2008 and has been learning, practicing, and sharing it ever since. His background includes time in India, study with influential teachers, and years of leading workshops and trainings. His classes blend breath, movement, and philosophy in a relaxed, supportive way. Robbie’s intention is to help students feel grounded, open-hearted, and at ease in themselves.

We traveled by train to the Scottish Highlands. Then had the most amazing dinner & dessert by followed by Yin by the fire!

Saturday and Sunday in Edinburgh! 🏴 We were so excited for the Yogi’s to arrive on Saturday. We welcomed them with an afternoon tea and a private yoga class . Sunday was lots of walking and exploring! We started the day with yoga in Queen Street Gardens, visited Edinburgh Castle, and topped it off with an Edinburgh Mysteries tour!

Mercedes is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for creating classes that feel both grounding and empowering. She blends mindful movement, breathwork, strength, and creativity to help students feel more connected to themselves both on and off the mat. Mercedes is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where students of all levels can move, explore, and grow in their practice.
