Based in Salt Lake City, Fish has 4,300+ jumps and works as a videographer and coach at Momentum, bringing calm confidence, sharp skills, and nonstop stoke to every load.

You’ll often see her crushing it in flocking, but Fish is active across multiple disciplines and holds both AFF and tandem ratings, making her a coach who knows how to fly and teach.

Before skydiving full-time, she spent 7.5 years on active duty in the U.S. military after graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy — so being cool under pressure is kind of her thing.

Jumping with Fish means you’ll feel supported, pushed just enough, and walking off every jump with a bigger smile and better skills.

We’re beyond excited to have Ashlee Richman organizing wingsuiting for our Sisters In Skydiving event at Skydive DeLand this May! 💃

With 3,000+ jumps, a silver medal in Wingsuit Performance from the 2018 USPA Nationals, and a huge love for wingsuit flight, Ashlee is all about good vibes, thoughtful jumps, and flying together. She’ll be organizing wingsuit jumps for all suit sizes and experience levels, making sure everyone gets to put on their best dress in the sky and go play ✨

Ashlee loves flying with new faces and can’t wait to welcome lady wingsuiters from near and far to DeLand for an unforgettable weekend of sky, smiles, and sisterhood. 🦋💜
